Sermon Seeds “Stay Awake: That Message Spread” Easter Season Roadmap
Sermon Seeds utilizes the texts of the Revised Common Lectionary. This year’s overarching theme, “Stay Awake,” provides theologically and exegetically sound reflections through a framework of vigilance, compassion, and liberation. While the reflections focus on the text, the themes invite application to the current political climate, use of real-life illustrations taken from the headlines, and calls to demonstrate our participation in the kindom through in action and attitude.

To continually support the theme of “Love Knows No Borders” in UCC congregations, we invite submission of original content, including: devotionals, faith formation material, liturgy, Living Psalms, meditations, poetry, prayers, sermons, spiritual practices, theological reflection, and visual arts.
