Required Trainings

Cybersecurity Required Training

Cybersecurity attacks are an increasingly evolving danger to our sensitive data, as attackers employ new methods to circumvent traditional security controls. Our society is more technologically reliant than ever before because so many people are working from home offices. Data breaches by hackers can result in financial loss, identity theft, and access to protected information etc.  It is important that attention be given to the ways in which we protect our information and data from cyber threats.  If you think you have been a victim of a cybersecurity attack, please contact the helpdesk to report this immediately deskh@ucc.org.

All employees will be required to complete the following mandatory training video.  The video is about 42 minutes in duration. Completion of the cybersecurity training will count toward year-end bonus eligibility.

Note:  Enter your email address for the training session to receive credit.  Also, if you started the individual training sessions, you do not need to start the training over. Please contact Human Resources at humanresources@ucc.org for the training link.

Workplace Harassment Training

In support of our commitment to maintaining a positive, productive work environment that is free from workplace harassment and to provide all employees with the knowledge needed to fulfill their responsibilities, the HR Office has implemented a required online training program entitled Preventing Sexual Harassment. Although the training focuses primarily on ways to identify and prevent sexual harassment, it addresses key areas that can be easily applied to other types of harassment. After completing the Preventing Sexual Harassment course, all employees will understand:

  • Behaviors that might be considered sexual harassment.
  • Consequences and legal ramifications of sexual harassment.
  • Your role and responsibility as an employee in contributing to a workplace free of sexual harassment.
  • How to report workplace harassment.
