Gracious and loving God

We are living in extremely trying, and chaotic times. We also recognize that human history is littered with atrocities perpetrated against God’s people and God’s creation. But still, that atrocious knowledge is not an excuse for descending into hopeless despair.

Because we know that you are with us, even though we can’t comprehend it.

I pray for the internal strength that comes only from God that enables me and others to not despair in the face of ugliness, but to persevere during hopeless times. I pray that God reignites my faith..
