O Thou who is the very breath of life, ours and all other…
Breathe your peace into us
and through us…
that it might spread out into the world
like ripples on a pond.
Center us in your peace.
Calm our minds and fears.
Open our hearts to your light and love.
Teach us to breathe peace, to be peace, to spread peace, ever outwards.
Breathe…
