Love Notes #41

Dear TransBeloveds,

On this Transgender Day of Visibility, we want to be clear:

You are worthy.
You are wonderfully made. 
You are wanted.

We stand beside you. We will continue to insist that nothing prevent you from abundant life. We rest in the sure and certain hope that love will see us through, so we won’t ever get up or give in. 

We believe what Jesus said to be true: “You are the light of the world . . . No one after lighting a lamp puts it under the bushel basket, but on the lamp stand, and it gives light to all in the house.”

Your life is a light. Never let it dim. We promise to help you to stoke the flame.
