“Flourishing Leadership in Tough Times:” UCC GMP featured guest on podcast
United Church of Christ General Minister and President/CEO Rev. Karen Georgia Thompson was a featured guest on the podcast “Flourishing Leadership in Tough Times with Deborah Owen,” a coach, spiritual director, and retreat leader, as well as founder of InsideOut Ministries. Owen and her organization work with faith-based leaders to shift from burnout, overwhelm, and stagnation to ‘durable resilience, purposeful impact, and inspiring action.’
Thompson joined Owen to discuss her ministry, how she leads with courage, resilience, and integrity in a world that’s constantly changing.
