Holy One,

we give you thanks for all we have and all we are. You created us in your image. You sent prophets, teachers, ordinary people, and Jesus Christ to show us the way. But we often fall short of your vision for us. We choose comfort and status quo over addressing the names of those marginalized in society and the Church. Give us courage and wisdom to speak with love and grace as we work to change the things that are not of you – Great Love. Help us to transform ourselves and the world as you would want it to be. Amen and amen.
