Prayer for The New Year

O God, our Heavenly Parent, as we enter this new year, we commit ourselves to you to love you with all our heart and soul and mind and strength that we may live without fear, and so to love our neighbors as ourselves that we may live without reproach.

As our days continue throughout this new year, grant that no chance or change may turn us aside from doing your holy will, through Jesus Christ our Lord.
