Join the United Church of Christ UN Team for the November installment of our monthly series, Global Table Talk: The UCC @ The United Nations.
In this November conversation, we’ll hear from Donna Bollinger, Minister for United Nations Advocacy, as she speaks with Rev. Nicqi Ashwood on the topic of Gender Justice at the United Nations. We’ll go in-depth on the 16 Days of Activism and Thursdays in Black Campaigns, as well as information regarding the upcoming Commission on the Status of Women in 2027. Learn more about how the UCC engages in these global spaces and why this work matters to our shared commitment to building a just world for all.
Participants will also discover ways UCC congregations, members, and advocates can stay informed, connect global issues to their local communities, and engage in these campaigns and forums from a local level.
This webinar is part of a monthly series held on the third Tuesday of each month, offering updates from the UCC’s work at the United Nations and opportunities for the wider church to become more deeply engaged.
