Just Eating? Practicing Our Faith at the Table explores how our eating connects us to our deepest faith commitments: nurturing our bodies, attending to people who are hungry, caring for the earth, and building community.

Congregations across the country that have engaged with the Just Eating? curriculum have put their faith into action by starting community gardens, addressing hunger in their communities, and developing healthier relationships with food.

Rev. Dr. Kirsten Peachey, a co-developer of the curriculum, will share insights into this free online resource and examples of how congregations have used it to inspire meaningful action. Available in English and Spanish, the curriculum includes adaptations for Latino and African American audiences and resources designed for both adults and middle school students. Rev. Dr. Kirsten Peachey, a member of the UCC Wellness Ministries Leadership Team and a co-developer of the curriculum, will share insights into this free online resource and examples of how congregations have used it to inspire meaningful action.
