Brian Bodager named Pension Boards next president and CEO

The next chief executive of The Pension Boards-United Church of Christ, Inc., will bring more than three decades of financial, investment, and legal experience to lead the ministry. Brian R. Bodager, a banking executive and attorney, takes office July 1 as Pension Boards president and CEO, confirmed by the PBUCC Board of Trustees during its spring meeting March 27-28.


United Church Board approves leadership structure changes

To further align the national setting of the United Church of Christ into a unified structure, the UCC Board of Directors approved a proposed change to the denomination's constitution that would alter the leadership of the church, and eliminate the exclusive designation of executive ministers for three covenanted ministries.
