Rachel Chapman (Class of 2023) brings experience as both an educator and a paralegal. She holds a master’s degree in Human Development and Education with a specialty in Social Change. Rachel is a member of the Board of Directors for the UCC Disabilities Ministries and serves as chair of the Advocacy & Education Committee. Currently, Rachel is lead for the Southern California Nevada Conference – Conference Inclusion Team. She chaired the Inclusion Team at her home church, Christian Fellowship Congregational San Diego. Rachel also volunteers with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as an activist at both state and federal levels.
