spiritual practices of lament, grief, and healing during traumatic crisis

Lament with us. Bring your spirit, in whatever state you are in, and be led in lamentation by leaders in the United Church of Christ. Wisdom leaders will bring in practices of lament and prayer from their own traditions. This "Thursdays for the Soul" offering is featuring practices of lament and prayer led from many traditions. Jackson, Minister for Ministerial Formation, MESA Team, Cleveland, Ohio (she/her/hers): She serves as an advisor and consultant to Conferences, Associations and Committees on Ministry regarding members in discernment and authorized ministers and the Marks of Faithful and Effective Ministers.

Ronnie Preston, Milwaukee, Wisconsin: Ronnie Preston is a member of the San Carlos Apache tribe. He is a member of the Woodland Sky Dance Troupe and serves as the Chairman on the Board of Directors for United Indians of Milwaukee.

Rev. Nancy Rosas, Pilgrim-St.Luke's UCC Buffalo, New York (she/her/hers): She is an ordained minister in the UCC. Her work is intersectional and rooted in love, intentional relationships, justice, creativity and joy.
