Mission:  F.A.S.T. mission trips involve groups in hands-on service in home rehabilitation in the Appalachian region while deliberately reflecting on issues of economic justice and faith.  (http://www.ucc.org/volunteer/fast/fast-2011.html)

Intern Position:  Serve as summer host for F.A.S.T. groups.  Serve with program coordinator and local leadership at Morgan-Scott Project.  work alongside groups, lead groups in reflection on economic justice and faith, provide hospitality and facilitate group-building among participating groups.

Period:  May 30 - August 10, includes 1 week of intern training.

Housing:  Volunteer house provided by Morgan-Scott Project.

Minimum Age:  19 years.
