The "Faith, In" project, launched through the national setting of the United Church of Christ in 2012 and continuing in 2013, encourages Christians to loudly proclaim their faith and to live out that faith in their neighborhoods through mission.  The project provides  a mechanism for sharing this good news.  (www.faithinproject.com)

Mission trips link communities.  Host sites invite your group to love their communities in very practical ways.  Some host sites invite you to join them in projects using hammers, nails, brooms, and hoes and some in direct social service projects to increase their capacity to serve more neighbors.  Other host sites ask you to join them in listening to stories of their neighbors who are otherwise silenced and to immerse yourself in issues related to justice advocacy.

Mission trips link communities.  Each host site encourages you to struggle with new ways to extend that embodiment of God's good news in the world through education, experience and advocacy tools.  You can be inspired to live your faith more deeply and differently in your own community.
