Mission Trip Opportunity in the Appalachian Region

1.  Submit this form to request your week for the F.A.S.T. program.

2. The cost is $225.00 per person.  Children 11 and under are $125.00 per week.  A $40.00 non-refundable deposit per person must be received within a week of completing the on-line registration form.  Until the deposit is received, the week is not held and can be given to another group!

3. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail securing your date when your deposit is received.  Prior to taking your trip, indiviudal registration forms and waivers will need to be completed and returned to us by April 14.  The balance due for your trip is required by May 12.

4.  After your group has registered, you can add participants if space is available. To add participants to your group, check on available spaces or call Diane (866-822-8224 ext. 3216).  If space is available, participants will be added upon receipt of the additional deposit.

5.  You will receive planning and preparation materials in mid-February.

Alderson Ministerial Association in Alderson, West Virginia - June 8 – July 12, 2008

  Sunday night through Saturday morning

Sunset Gap Community Center in Cosby, TN - July 13 - August 9, 2008

  Up to 55 spaces available each week
  Sunday night through Saturday morning

Remember that you must pay a non-refundable deposit of $40 for each spot you reserve.   We cannot return any of the deposits as we turn groups away based on how many spots you reserve.
