The Amistad Chapel at the UCC’s national offices in Cleveland was dedicated May 19 in a bright, emotional service. A gift from the United Church Board for Homeland Ministries, the chapel, its striking design courtesy of a group of UCC architects, completes the denomination's national Church House—a campus-like setting where meetings, mission, hospitality and, increasingly, learning and worship can take place. | |
