Chris Young closes his eyes, leans into the rhythm and lets his guitar do the preaching during a rock-and-roll worship service at Avon Lake (Ohio) UCC. "God is good, man," says Young, "and I want to say something about God in a youthful language." While Young agrees that rock-and-roll may not be everyone's cup of tea, the music is putting "cats" in the pews.
