The United Church of Christ announces sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities for General Synod 2013 in Long Beach, Calif. — a five-day, biennial gathering of more than 2,500 delegates and visitors from across the country. This year’s General Synod will be held June 28 – July 2.
General Synod 2013 Sponsorship Opportunities
Organizations can sponsor this year’s General Synod event at one of four levels – platinum ($20,000+), gold ($15,000-$19,999), silver ($10,000-$14,999), and bronze ($5,000-$9,999). Each sponsorship level has a host of benefits available, including premium signage and recognition throughout the Long Beach Convention Center and in plenary sessions and breaks. Additionally, sponsors will receive complimentary advertising in the General Synod program book, on the Synod website, and in daily Keeping You Posted emails. General Synod 2013 Exhibitor Opportunities
Organizations and individuals can also be a part of the General Synod Exhibit Hall – a space that is open throughout the five-day event to both vendors and organizations, alike. Exhibition space is available on a first come-first served basis in standard pipe-and-drape 10-foot by 10-foot increments. Cost is $500 per 10’ x 10’ space, and each exhibitor is required to register at $225 per person. Interested organizations or individuals should complete the Exhibitor Booth Reservation Form with payment. Reservations will be processed in the order they are received.
