Constitution and Bylaws Revisions

Delegates to the Twenty-eighth General Synod will be asked to vote on various proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws. The proposed amendments can be found below. The proposed amendments will be heard by a committee or hearing of the General Synod prior to a vote by delegates.
