College and University Scholarships

The United Church of Christ (UCC) Undergraduate Scholarship 
Scholarship assistance to members of UCC congregations who are under 25 years and are sophomore, junior or senior undergraduate students, in any discipline, attending an accredited 4-year university or college in the United States.  Awards are modest, about $500-$1,000. Applications should be downloaded.  All applications were due via snail mail by May 18, 2010.

There are a few very modest scholarships available through the national offices of the United Church of Christ. These scholarships are from funds established by donors with strict conditions on eligibility. The residential and day campus secondary schools related to the United Church of Christ offer some financial aid, and should be contacted directly for information:

Massanutten Military School: academic and cadet leadership training
Mercersburg Academy: college prepatory
Kamehameha Schools: K-12, community based, children of Hawaiian ancestry 

Seminaries and Divinity Schools

 Many of the seminaries related to the United Church of Christ offer scholarship packages for UCC students. The national setting of the United Church of Christ also administers various scholarships for UCC seminary students that include the following.  Fundraising is in process for the recently established Rev. Dr. Héctor E. López Scholarship for Latina & Latino UCC Seminarians:
