The local and national elections are close at hand! The UCC Our Faith Our Vote campaign has some suggestions for how you and your congregation can engage election protection in the coming weeks.

Get to know what the voter ID laws in your state. Have new laws been put in place since the last election? Have you been hearing some of the controversial debate around the concept of voter fraud? Take the time to learn the facts for yourself:

Help inform your community! Share information about local voting laws and the Election Protection hotline, which anyone can call on and before Election Day to have their questions about voting answered and report any instances of voter intimidation.

Voter’s right groups are predicting large-scale voter intimidation efforts on November 6th. You can do you part to protect our right to vote by being a poll monitor.
