Instructions

Three ways to participate - here's what you will need.

1.  Audio Only - you will need a telephone.  (A telephone with speakerphone capability is needed if you are doing this in a group setting.)  The sound comes through the telephone.

2.  Audio and Downloadable PowerPoint - you will need a telephone (see #1 above), a computer, and a projector.  Download resources from the section above.  Click on the date, the image, or the name of the featured speaker, to get to the download page.  Click and print any or all of the items listed. 

3.  Audio and Live Web, you will need a telephone (see #1 above) plus a computer with connection to the internet.   
     a.  Visit www.speakspace.com 
     b.  Join a web Conference using the call-in information provided each week.  Call-in information is available below for April 1.
     c.  Check your computer compatibility prior to the day of the Conference.

Please note, the sound comes through the telephone not the internet.

4.  To Participate, please register below.

Connections and Call-in Instructions - Numbers may change from week to week! (Information listed below is for April 1, 2009.)

Please call-in and/or login approximately 5-10 minutes prior to the Conference:

1.  Call the toll free dial in number 1-800-349-9121.
2.  At the voice prompt, put in the Participant Security Code:  7923878 
3.  At the voice prompt, state you name and the # key.
4.  If you are disconnected for any reason, you can dial in again and enter Participant Security Code: 7923878.

5.  Optional: Start the web conference
     a.  go to: www.speakspace.com
     b.  join a web conference (located at the top of the page)
     c.  enter your name, telephone #, Conference Reference No: 127190, and 
          Participant Security Code:  7923878.

Remember to connect 5 -10 minutes prior to the start of the OGHS Live!  Audio Web Conference Presentation.

Equipment Needs

Needed are a telephone with speaker phone or amplification capability.
Access to a computer to download documents including prayers, photos, soup recipes and more. (Prior to the start of the call.)
Access to the telephone and the internet during web conferencing is needed to see and hear the presentation at the same time. (The Internet is Optional, but you must use a telephone in order to hear the Presentation).
