'Listening tour' makes stop in Massachusetts

Written by Staff Reports
October 30, 2009

The Rev. Geoffrey A. Black, UCC general minister and president, has completed the second leg of his anticipated ten city listening tour.

Black became General Minister and President Oct. 1 and hopes the listening sessions will help to set a new tone for conversations in the church. His second visit included stops at churches in the Massachusetts Conference and Andover-Newton Theological School Oct. 23-25. Future stops include Washington, D.C., in November and Miami in December.
