Your registration covers:
-All conference events including plenary sessions, workshops, worship, and concerts.
-Opening banquet at the hotel. (Additional tickets are available to the banquet for partners/spouses at cost: $50.00.)
-All meals, including lunch and dinner on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. (Breakfast is provided with hotel registration.)
-Transportation to and from the conference hotel and the church each morning and evening.

To qualify for the "first-time attendee" rate you must not have attended a UCCMNN conference in the past. In order to receive the rate, you must request a code before you register and input the code during registration as prompted. To receive a code, please click here.

Hotel Information:
Hotel accommodations are provided by Doubletree by Hilton, Kansas City-Overland Park, 10100 College Boulevard, Overland Park, Kansas 66210. (Yes Kansas! It's right across the way!)
Hotel should be booked through the conference registration website. By booking through the website, the breakfast buffet ($15.95 per day value) and internet access ($9.95 per day value) will be included in your room charge. The rate for the hotel is $119.00 per room per night, including all taxes. (If you choose not to stay at the host hotel, you will be responsible for getting to and from the church.)
Since we have already contracted rooms at the hotel, please reserve your room through the conference website. That's the only way we get credit for your stay!
If you are looking for a roommate, you can request one on the registration website. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to find you a roommate, but we'll do our best.
Transportation:
If you are flying into the Kansas City, Missouri airport, you must provide your own transportation from the airport to the hotel. To save money, we suggest you "Share the Ride" with others. "Super Shuttle" and other shuttle services are available. You may also wish to rent a car. Renting a car and sharing the expense with others is a very economical option. Parking is complimentary at the hotel. If you wish to "Share the Ride" please email your flight information when available and we'll do our best to match people with others arriving around the same time. You can also explore Google Transit to plan a route on public transportation.
Transportation to and from the hotel and the church will be provided. Please note that if you wish to move back and forth from the church to the hotel during the day you must provide your own transportation. The shuttle will transport attendees to the church in the morning and return to the hotel in the evening.
