Volume 1, Draft 2 explores the covenantal relationships between local congregations and the associations/conferences acting as associations. It is to be used by and with Committees on the Ministry, Association and Conference staff and local church members to help foster dialogue and increased understanding of what it means to walk together in all God?s ways? as expressions of the church.
