The above average temperatures this summer gave us a little taste of what Tampa, Florida will be like in July! Plans are well underway for General Synod 28. We would like to officially invite you to be an exhibitor in Tampa, July 1-5, 2010. The Tampa Convention Center is a state-of-the-art facility, located on the waterfront in downtown Tampa. The convention center is 30 minutes from the Tampa Airport and within walking distance to the hotels that we have contracted with.
In addition to conducting the business of Synod, and electing three new officers of the church, on Saturday there will be an all-day event that we have named Sun Coast Saturday. Attendees will have an opportunity to attend workshops, hear inspirational speakers and visit the exhibit hall. We are expecting 3,500 people to attend.
Steps to reserve an exhibit space
Go to the registration and accommodations section and follow the registration instructions. Select the “Exhibitor” category from the drop down box.
Please note: The registration fee is $200.00 and everyone, including exhibitors, must register. Your registration fee will be refunded only if, due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate your exhibit.
After you complete the registration process, you will receive an email with the link to the site to select your housing and your confirmation number.
Print and complete the Exhibit Booth Reservation Form form. Be sure to include your confirmation number on the form.
