Environmental Justice Center at Pilgrim Firs - Port Orchard, WA

Our newest center will serve to immerse people of faith in the values of environmental
justice. Participants will first focus on their own transformation in bringing hope and action to those who are most affected by climate change and disproportionate environmental impacts.

Participants will then be given the tools to return to their home communities to train
others on the tenets of environmental justice and to work towards significant and necessary public policy impacts. The goal is to develop a nationwide network of leaders from the faith community to bring environmental justice to individuals, communities, and public policy makers.
