Do justice and seek peace
We Do Justice - Join Us!

In the United Church of Christ, we do justice. We started in the 60's with the Civil Right movement. We've been advocating for gay rights since the 70's. We took on environmental racism in the 80's. And in 2005, we were the first church in America to endorse marriage equality. We're doing justice. Join us.

"What does God require of you but to do justice and to love kindness and to walk humbly with your God?"
Micah 6:8

  • End Employment Discrimination Against LGBT Workers
The Employment Non-Discrimination Act, a measure to end discrimination in employment decisions based solely on perceived sexual orientation, has again been introduced in 113th Congress. Urge your legislators to support ENDA!
  • Protection from Unsafe Chemicals in our Communities
The Safe Chemicals Act (S. 696) works to address the issue of toxic substances in our environments by giving the EPA more authority to regulate chemicals. Urge your elected officials to support this bill.
