How? Initially, by offering four tickets to a Celtics basketball game, but eventually in a variety of ways
More… Initially, four Celtics game tickets were offered for the person bringing the most guests, which was essentially the kickoff for a wide range of outreach activities: training in invitation, postcards of upcoming events, mailing to new homebuyers, examination of the "guest experience," cleaning up the building & grounds, delivering bread to guests after a visit, and a follow-up activity to keep guests engaged (in this case, a book study group).
