The 250 acres of Franklinton Center at Bricks is perfect for walking or hiking around the tree-laden grounds, holding outdoor sessions, or for meditation and prayer. There is 5-acre garden with vegetables, fruits, and herbs. The landscape includes breathtaking views, trails, a creek, picnic areas, and a historic cemetery.
Conference and Breakout Rooms
Your conference or event also can take advantage of Franklinton Center at Bricks' large conference and breakout rooms, as well as the catering and special events facilities. Most rooms have tables and chairs, or can have them set up. Electronic equipment (TV, DVD, projector) is set up as needed. If the number of monitors/DVD players needed exceed what the center has onsite, the equipment can be rented for the event.
Hospitality House II, site of the hotel-style rooms, includes the "Yvonne Delk Fellowship Hall" that seats up to 125 persons. A smaller conference room seats up to 10, and the foyer area seats up to 50, and is convenient for use as a registration area during your conference. There also is a conference room (seats 60-75) and two breakout rooms (10-15).
Hospitality House I, with its dormitory style accommodations, includes five breakout rooms that can accommodate 8-12 persons. The great room and dining room area can accommodate 20 persons.
The Community Outreach Center boasts an auditorium (seats up to 125), fellowship hall (20-30), several breakout rooms (15-20) and a chapel (50-75).

Memorial Hall, site of the Franklinton Center at Bricks museum, includes an auditorium with stage, seating capacity 150.
There are also picnic tables around the campus for impromptu discussions and breakout sessions.
WiFi is available at various locations throughout the campus.
Catering and special event facilities
The Center has a professionally certified food service/catering staff that works in a commercial and permitted kitchen.
Generally, all meals are served in the Dining Hall at 8 a.m., 12 noon and 5 p.m. Two breaks with refreshments are part of Franklinton Center at Bricks' meal package.
Upon request, arrangements can be made to serve meals in other campus locations for special occasions. When events are being planned, staff works with the contact person(s) to provide menu suggestions.
Whenever possible, meals are prepared with locally-grown fresh vegetables and fruits. (The center has a 5-acre garden and an orchard.) The center responds to the needs of each group and is able to provide meals in consideration of dietary, allergy, and other health needs. There are a variety of menus available; ranging from vegan, vegetarian and gluten free to those who enjoy meat.
The Center also features a newly-renovated swimming pool that provides a refreshing mid-day change of pace. The pool, which is L-shaped, ranges from three feet in the shallow end to 10 feet in the deep end. There are two bath houses equipped with showers, sink and toilets. It is a mandatory policy at Franklinton Center at Bricks certified life guards are on duty whenever the pool is open.
