Life is like a suitcase—so much depends on what you put into it and how you prepare for the trip.
Don't carry around those hurts and pains; they only lead to frustration and anger. Too much of anything can only lead to problems.
If you can't keep it together alone, there is always someone there to stick with you.

It just makes the bag too heavy to carry. Odds are you will only be carrying someone else's junk.
Try a different approach to things and you might find more hours in the day and more space to get things done. Fewer wrinkles, too.
...not to worry. A few wrinkles never hurt anyone. Just ask your grandparents: wrinkles add character.
Take the time to put those nasty thoughts in a bag and seal them up so they don't leak out.
Some days you just have to pull yourself along, realizing that life is a journey and the road can get bumpy. There was life before wheels on luggage.
You are not on life's journey alone.
As Jesus says, "My yoke is easy and my burden is light." Let God help you through your day.
