Ponder:  Anxieties and long days of labor can dehydrate our bodies, hearts, and souls.  After a long day of work or stressful situations, what are your means of refreshing?

Pray:  Invigorating God, lead us to cool waters, soft couches and supportive friends.   Hydrate our spirits with laughter and feed us with foods that comfort.  Amen.
