The Fall Festival is on October 16, 2010
 
• Donate a basket for the Silent Auction.  The value of the basket should range between $25 and $50. There are loads of ideas on the web for basket themes and what to put in them. For example: .a Wine Lovers basket, a Book worm basket or a Kids crafts basket. The baskets should be delivered to Hartman Center by October 10th or contact Bruce Druckenmiller at Hartman Center for other delivery arrangements. bruce@hartmancenter.com 717-667-2431
 
• Help Decorate a Scarecrow for Your Association. There will also be a scarecrow decorating contest between the associations. Please contact your Association President or an Executive committee member for more information. 
 
• Set up a table at the Festival and sell crafts or food that your local church members make. This could be any items such as home-made cards, crafts or a food specialty of your congregation. There is no fee to set up a table; we just ask that you tithe from what you take in.

• Provide activities or entertainment during the festival. Youth groups, Christian Ed teachers etc could provide a game or craft for children to do. If you have a musical group within your congregation that would like to perfom, a time could be set up for you to entertain.adults!
