Park Ridge Community Church (UCC) in Park Ridge, IL is seeking bright, talented and creative Associate Minister for Youth and Young Adult Ministries. The church currently has a very active youth ministry program which has grown three-fold in the past few years. This wide-ranging ministry includes local, national and international mission trips, an innovative and engaging confirmation program, annual Beatles night and a good deal of fun. Most importantly, our youth ministry provides a safe, non-judgmental environment for young people to identify and discuss issues of life and faith. Our recently formed Young Adult ministry serves a growing number of young singles and couples and offers many opportunities.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to build upon recent growth and to create challenging and dynamic new areas of ministry. Additional responsibilities include regular opportunities for preaching, leading worship, Christian education, pastoral care and other essential areas. An ideal candidate would have experience in youth ministry and either have a Masters in Divinity or be currently enrolled in seminary. Affiliation with UCC is not a requirement. Wayzata Community Church, (www.wayzatacommunitychurch.org ) is a dynamic and welcoming community of faith located in Wayzata, Minnesota (a western suburb of Minneapolis).
