Hosted by the Fund for Theological Education, the 2011 Calling Congregations Conference will be held Oct. 6-8 at the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center in Atlanta.

The conference will feature guest speakers Parker J. Palmer - founder and senior partner of the Center for Courage & Renewal - and the Rev. Eustacia Moffett Marshall, and will comprise a variety of denominations, racial/ethnic backgrounds, generations and geographies.

Calling Congregations is designed to help clergy, laypeople and anyone else with a stake in the future of church leadership to develop processes for nurturing young, transformative church leaders. Instead of traditional panels and keynote sessions, participants work in facilitated small groups.

Registration fees range from $150 to $200 per person. Online registration is available at <>.
