Wellness Rewards Program

Earn cash for completing each part of the Healthy Stewards Wellness Rewards Program through Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield – Up to $300 total!

Wellness Profile – The first step is completing the Wellness Profile, a survey that helps you understand where you stand with your health. This is a required step for completion of the Healthy Stewards Program. Earn $100 upon completion.

A biometric screening is a short health examination that can help to determine the risk level of a person for certain diseases and medical conditions and help to establish a health baseline. A typical screening will take place in about 15-20 minutes and consist of a blood draw (finger stick to test your HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, and Glucose) and other basic biometrics (BP, Height, Weight, BMI, and waist circumference). When these measurements are combined, your risk for heart disease, stroke, and diabetes can be assessed. These health conditions can be prevented with early detection. Earn $100 upon completion. You have until Nov. 15, 2017, to order a screening option. Visit https://portal.ichtools.com/ucc.

Coaching – Set health goals by phone with a Blues on Call Health and Wellness Coach or online with a WebMD My Health Assistant.
