Employee Records

  • All employee records will be maintained to ensure confidentiality and compliance with federal, state or local laws.
  • With advance notice to HR, employees may request to review his/her employee file.
  • Verification of employment will be provided on an employee’s behalf with signed authorization from the employee.
  • In compliance with federal law, every new employee is either a U.S. citizen or authorized to be employed in the United States.  All employees are required to provide document(s) necessary for verifying identity and eligibility.
